The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "HungerRush Online Store" or "shop.hungerrush.com"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.
Notice to Non-Revention CustomersIf you do not own a Revention POS system and this is your first time purchasing a product from Revention's POSetc.com, contact us at 877-738-7444, Option 5. Please be advised that you may be asked to provide a copy of both your photo identification and credit card.
PrivacyWe keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders, and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you via email of current promotions, specials, and new additions to the POS etc site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address, and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also added to our newsletter list. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session so that we may personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Order Acceptance PolicyYour receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. POS etc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. In the event that we must do so, your credit card will be credited accordingly.
Credit CardsWe accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with POS etc. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, and Personal ChecksPOS etc accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Shipping Policy and TimesMost orders received before 2:00PM will ship the same day, provided that the product ordered is in stock and special handling or configuration is not needed for item ordered. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
If Saturday Delivery is needed, please contact the Revention Sales Department at 1-877-738-7444. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by POS etc. or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Additional Shipping Fees may be incurred on all orders that exceed 125lbs. You will be contacted by POS etc prior to shipping if any additional fees will apply to your order.
Orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to brokerage fees, customs fees, and local taxes. All fees are the responsibility of the receiving party. These fees vary by region and are not collected by POS etc. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Out-of-Stock ProductsWe will ship your product as soon as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time or on Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Multiple Product OrdersFor a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you instruct us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple-shipment order.
TaxesPOS etc shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax on all orders.
All order that ship to Canada will be subject to a GST or HST charges.
Return PolicyUnless noted below or in the product description, some products can be canceled or returned 15-30 days from delivery date to Customer. Please allow 4-6 weeks to process refunds and credit your account. To receive credit, all products must (1) be returned in their original packaging, (2) include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc., 3) be clean, without scratches and resealed in a factory new condition. All products must be returned double boxed, with no markings or writing on the original box. If a product shows signs that the entire product and packaging was removed from its original box, a refund may be denied resulting in shipment of the product back to the customer. Freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Customer must send the product, via traceable means. For tracking and security reasons, all returns must be sent by Federal Express, UPS, Airborne, DHL, or certified and insured U.S. mail.
- Full Refund
Items that are returned and received by Revention within 15 days of delivery to Customer are eligible for a refund of the amount paid by Customer to Revention (e.g. excluding any discounts, rebates, etc. as applicable) if all of the following conditions are met: (1) Item must be received by Revention within 15 Calendar days of delivery to the Customer and Customer must provide proof of when delivery occurred; (2) Item must be unopened; (3) Item must be in the original Manufacturer box; and (4) Manufacturer Box must be free from any markings and damage.
- Partial Refund – Restocking
Items that are returned and received by Revention within 16-30 days of delivery to Customer are eligible for a refund of the amount paid by Customer to Revention (e.g. excluding any discounts, rebates, services, etc. as applicable) minus a 20% restocking fee, if all of the following conditions are met: (1) Item must be received by Revention within 30 Calendar days of delivery to the Customer and Customer must provide proof of when delivery occurred; (2) Item must be unopened; (3) Item must be in the original Manufacturer box; and (4) Manufacturer Box must be free from any markings and damage.
- Partial Refund – Damaged / Opened Packaging
Items that are returned in original packaging and received by Revention within 30 days of delivery to Customer are eligible for a refund of the amount paid by Customer to Revention (e.g. excluding any discounts, rebates, services, etc. as applicable) minus a 40% restocking fee, if all of the following conditions are met: (1) Item must be received by Revention within 30 Calendar days of delivery to the Customer and Customer must provide proof of when delivery occurred; (2) Item must be working and in new condition; and (3) Item must be free from any markings or scratches.
- DOA Policy
If a product arrives Dead On Arrival (“DOA”), contact customer service immediately to complete an advanced replacement form. Please see manufacturer’s warranties for manufacturer DOA polices. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items unless noted otherwise by Revention. At our sole discretion, we will determine if the item in question is in fact DOA and if so, issue a call tag to have the item picked up and we will replace the item with a new one of the same item upon receipt. For cross shipments, payment must be secured via credit card in advance.
Non-Refundable Items include: Third party software, Epson Printers, Services, freight charges, travel expenses, delivery and/or installation services.
Typographical ErrorsIn the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, POS etc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price. POS etc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, POS etc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
